At LULILY, each item is thoughtfully handmade and often personalized, making every order truly one-of-a-kind. Because of the custom nature of our products, we offer a limited return policy.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s). To request a return, please email us at smile@lulilydesigns.com with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
We want you to love your order! Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at smile@lulilydesigns.com with your order number and clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Exceptions
Due to the handmade and custom-made nature of our products, some items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized items
- Handmade items
- Sale or discounted items
- Digital downloads or gift cards
Processing Refunds
It can take up to 10 days to process your refund.
