Founded by Claudette "Minnie" Brown, LULILY is a heartfelt homage to the joy and beauty her daughters bring to her life. The name itself is a blend of their names, symbolizing the unity, individuality, and imagination that Claudette strives to reflect in every LULILY creation.

Alongside LULILY, she leads Smash Media, a creative agency specializing in design, printing, and web services for small businesses. Her work and story have been featured in SI Parent magazine.

Through her products, Claudette blends education with play, offering hands-on activities that encourage learning, self-expression, and joy. Her work celebrates unity, individuality, and imagination, while reflecting her lifelong love of design, storytelling, and community. When she isn't designing, Claudette is actively involved in empowering small businesses and community initiatives, always finding new ways to combine creativity with impact.
