Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to ask LULILY Designs to delete your personal data and how requests from Facebook Login are handled.

Who we are

Quick options

If you used Facebook Login

  1. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
  2. Remove “LULILY Designs” or revoke data access.
  3. Facebook automatically sends us a signed request to delete your app-scoped data.

We’ll acknowledge with a confirmation number and send you a status link by email.

Submit a Data Deletion Request

You’ll receive a confirmation number after we receive your request.

What happens next

  • Acknowledgment: We confirm receipt and provide a confirmation number and a status link.
  • Timing: We start processing immediately and aim to complete within 30 days.
  • Verification: We may ask for minimal extra info to confirm identity and protect your account.
  • Status updates: Your status page explains progress, and—if anything must be retained—why.

What we delete (scope)

  • Facebook Login data: app-scoped user ID, profile name, email shared to the app, and related app data.
  • Account/profile data: contact info, preferences, saved designs where applicable.
  • Usage data: app/session metadata linked to your account.

We delete backups on their normal rotation as part of our process.

What we may keep (legal/compliance)

Important: Some records may need to be retained to meet legal, tax, anti-fraud, or accounting obligations (e.g., invoices, chargeback records). If this applies, we’ll list exactly what is retained and for how long, with legal justification.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object or restrict processing. We honor these rights as required by law.
